JAFS M10 Tall Cap

I was having some trouble getting Cura to slice the finger pads for the JAFS M10 - Just Another Fidget Spinner with M10 nuts, so I decided to take a different approach. I opened up the model in DesignSpark Mechanical and saved it out again. Additionally, I used MeshMixer to remove the low cap, creating a new file that only included the tall cap. This way, anyone who already has a low cap can simply print the tall one.
