I'm currently collaborating with friends on a Skyrim mod project. As artists, we're aiming to develop custom models for it, and I had the opportunity to create the end boss: A Kirin from Asian mythology... We'll ensure that it aligns with the game's lore, so there's no need to worry about that. The model will be fully animated once we've figured out the editor a bit better; at that point, we'll know exactly what to do. Keep an eye out for updates on this project.
