Jacuzzi Hot Tub Flush Puck
thingiverse
When you get the flashing FL1 or FL2 fault on your Jacuzzi Hot Tub, the manual advises you to purge "air lock" from the circulation pump intake by removing the filter cartridge. Hold a garden hose over the filter cartridge wall fitting while using a rag as a seal around the hose end... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!! Print out the Flush Puck and install an O-ring in the groove and then screw it onto the end of your garden hose. Remove the screws from your filters and press this over the cartridge mount and turn on the water. The O-ring provides a secure seal, eliminating the need to deal with a rag while holding your hose in an oversized hole. This tool should come standard with the tub. The Flush Puck will work seamlessly with any pool or spa that uses a screw-in filter cartridge with a 2-1/4" threaded end. As always, the Inventor .ipt file is included. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .15 Infill: 60% Notes: Once printed, install an O-ring in the groove for a secure seal. A 3/16" x 2" O-ring works great, and it's likely one you already have on hand.
