Print it with flexible filament. For TPU filament: Use a 0.2 mm layer height, 5% infill rate, three bottom layers, five top layers, one shell, and print at 20-25 mm per second without supports. No adjustments are necessary. For NinjaFlex: Use the same 0.2 mm layer height, but increase the infill to 10%, add two shells, maintain a 20-25 mm per second printing speed, and omit supports entirely. It's generally best to print parts exactly as they're oriented in the files. If noticeable gaps appear between shells or infill, boost extrusion multiplier.
