To create this project, I utilized 6mm aluminum pipes and scaled them to 35.0 in Cura for all parts. You may need to adjust the top part's dimensions depending on your desired spark gap distance. I manually bent these pipes myself. A test video is available here: https://plus.google.com/101752879485770468493/posts/M9zND6r7mt6. In this video, you can see how I designed the base using a 12V fan, which was also scaled to 35.0 in Cura's slicer.
