Here is a split foundry pattern for mrpete jack stand project, featuring a unique curvature that deviates slightly from my original print. To achieve this distinct shape, I printed at 70 percent scale, resulting in a sturdy base measuring approximately 3.25 inches in diameter. This design focuses solely on the foundation of the stand, leaving room for further refinement and customization. One notable omission is the absence of a fillet where the handles meet the part, requiring additional attention during the manufacturing process.
