Jack Stand - 1/3 Scale Working Model

This model is a 1/3 scale replica of my regular 3-ton Jack Stand, used extensively in my garage. It's fully functional, with an adjustable and locking jack section just like the real thing. The design comprises four distinct sections: Base, Jack, Stay, and Lever. I recommend the following slicing settings: * Base: Supports everywhere * Jack: Supports from the bed only * Stay: No supports needed * Lever: Supports on the bed only; I used a brim Before printing, you may need to adjust how the part lies flat on the bed. The Base should be in an upright position. The Stay should have its large hole standing vertically. The Lever's right and left sides of the "U" shape should also stand vertical. The Jack should lie flat on its widest side. Assembly First, assemble the Stay and Lever to the Base. The steeper curve of the Stay is on the inside. The Lever, Stay, and Base are secured together by a short piece of filament acting as a setscrew. I found it helpful to drill a 1.70mm hole through the Lever's setscrew hole for a snug fit with 1.75mm filament. Alternatively, you can glue the plastic setscrew in place.
