Jack Skellington Mask
thingiverse
Human: Designed in solidworks in inches, made for kids, has holes to attach strings. My printed version doesn't look great because I'm having trouble with my Davinci 1.0A's wiring right now, and it only works when it feels like it - frustrating! I have no idea how to fix it. Such a waste of material and time. I think I had my white on too high heat. To fix it, I'll fill in the spots with ABS goo, then sand it down and put it into the acetone bath to make it look better. Hopefully you've got a nicer, more reliable printer than mine and it will turn out great without all that extra work! Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Post-Printing Acetone vapor bath for a smooth, glossy finish. Check out Maker Muse's YouTube video if you need instructions on how to finish your pieces with acetone. I don't use a rice cooker; instead, I've got a cast iron pot of water with a giant glass vase where I put the acetone. A pie plate just happens to fit as the top of the vase, and I hang it from a hook. How I Designed This I used Solidworks - drew the shape, extruded it, filleted the edges to make them round, added a face, cut it out.
