I added a meshsmooth to the mask to achieve a more rounded finish. Take a look at the Simplify3d shot with the purple jack head in my photos for comparison. The beige Jack is the previous version as printed in the current photos, while the purple head represents the new, yet untested but promising meshsmoothed STL. Notice the significant difference in file sizes between the two. This beautiful design comes with a catch - I struggled with the mesh. As shown in the Simplify3d slice image, there were unsightly seam lines across the face in the mask version. The right side of that image displays my mesh, created by taking one-piece head and slicing off the back to remake the mask. The front teeth were slightly munched but still worked okay.
