Jack Skellington Chess Piece: Ki g

For my chess character, I picked the king. For our Halloween theme, I chose to make it resemble Jack Skellington. What issues did you come up against? In the beginning, I had a lot of trouble getting everything centered and aligned while still resembling the shape of the King. Towards the end measuring everything to make sure all the measurements were correct was difficult but I eventually got it right. If you could redesign this again, what would you change? I would probably try to get the sides of the king to be smoother and look less like stacked shapes and more of an even surface. How would 3D printing help strengthen your design? I am really curious about how the sides of the king will turn out since they aren't smooth, and 3D printing my design would help me see what worked what didn't, and especially how the sides look.
