We designed the DIY Jack Puzzle set from scratch using photos of a brass puzzle set as inspiration. Each piece features a unique letter code, ranging from A to F, for easy identification. To ensure a snugger fit, we created the design with minimal tolerance in mind, accounting for the natural flexibility of plastics. When printed with PLA, the pieces require only slight sanding before fitting together perfectly.
