I bought this dense rubber jack pad on Amazon:

I wasn't entirely certain it would fit my floor jack properly. It annoyed me that they didn't give dimensions. So, when it arrived, I broke out the calipers and modeled a dimensionally-accurate rendition of that jack pad.
If you're thinking of buying the same, and you want to know if it fits your jack's saddle or not, just print this. If this model fits your jack, then that jack pad will also fit your jack.
Note: This model is for sizing - I doubt PLA plastic would work very well, functionally, as a jack pad. I recommend against printing this at 90% infill and actually using it as a pad - it'll probably split in half, regardless of how dense your infill is.
