Originally, the 3D model had disjointed edges within its body mesh, causing Slic3r to fail on several layers. To rectify this issue, one must utilize the lid and stem connected to the parent object. After making these adjustments, I discovered that the stem was the root of the problem and plan on mending its holes as well.
