Jack-O-Lantern Candy Dispenser

The Pumpkin Treat Dispenser is a fantastic way to hand out treats during Halloween.\n\nThe design features an internal mechanism that rotates to open and close a hatch in its mouth. It's effortless to use... with the mouth hatch closed, simply pour candy into the hole at the top of the stem, then rotate the stem to open the hatch and dispense candy through the mouth. \n\nAt standard scale, the dispenser can accommodate treats up to about 15mm in diameter. Scale it up uniformly to hand out larger pieces. Scaling down is not recommended as it may compromise the internal clearances, causing the moving parts to fuse and preventing the dispenser from rotating open or closed. \n\nThis model is easy to print but it's quite large and will take considerable time to complete... yet it's well worth the effort. At standard scale, the dispenser measures about 110mm in diameter and 88mm high, including the stem. It can hold a surprising amount of small candies... and will remain functional for years to come. It looks great in traditional pumpkin orange or any other color you prefer. \n\nDon't use automated support. The required support has been incorporated into the design and should snap off easily (Refer to the images for additional details). Extra clearance has been built-in so the internal mechanism should rotate freely straight from the build plate. However, if it has fused slightly, it's likely due to the base shaft area, so use a craft knife to gently break it free to turn. \n\nPlease refer to the print instructions and images for additional information... and post pictures of your Pumpkin Treat Dispenser in action for others to see. \n\nNote: If you like this, be sure to check out my other fun and practical designs.
