Jack O Lantern Candy Bowl or Lamp

This design is specifically engineered to utilize the Vase Mode or Spiralize setting on your slicer. The Top and Stem both require that the smallest part be printed on the bed, so make sure to do this carefully. A brim of 20 perimeters was applied to both parts for added stability. On the Top, infill settings were disabled at top and bottom to ensure only the outside layer is printed. For the Stem, supports were added to the bed to facilitate correct printing. You may need to use superglue to join the top and stem parts together securely. To fill in the "cuts" on the main part, I used a Sharpie, but painting them would also work effectively. An electric tea light can be inserted to create a glowing effect. A layer height of 0.2 mm and a wall thickness of 0.8 mm (double the nozzle diameter) were used in the design. Printing speed was slowed down to 40 mm/s for optimal results.
