Jack Daniels (or other) 1.75L Bottle Cap

A celebration resulted in breaking the cap of a half-full 1.75L Jack Daniels bottle, presenting an opportunity to experiment with cutting threads on a solid model using ViaCAD v8.0. Ensuring precise x-y axis accuracy, the tight threads were intentionally created for a secure fit; however, the first print had some roughness due to increased speed and lack of belt tensioners.
