The Puig Pelós site (Cunit, Baix Penedès) is located about 1,200 meters from the coastline at an elevation of 35 msnm and situated approximately 800 meters west of Corral del Castell, which is nestled at the foot of a hill that bears its name. It's a wooded area, close to Ebre Street and Satorre-Pagó Gardens, but situated atop a cultivated plain bounded on the east side by a small dry stream known as Torrent de la Creueta. Discovered in 1984 by Mr. Jaume Casañas i Mestre, no archaeological intervention was carried out there until 2018. Only superficial collection of ceramics has been done. The data obtained during the survey conducted by the team of the ancient Cossetània oriental landscape study indicate that it is a maximum spread of 4,200 square meters of ceramics on the surface, mostly common Iberian pottery and a smaller proportion of Italian amphorae.
