I have two sets of Jabra C820s and some of the original plastic got really brittle. After using zip-ties and glue for some time, I finally decided to design yokes to replace the parts that were falling apart. The replacement yokes offer no adjustability, they were just designed to fit me :)

There is one part, which is needed four times, two of them mirrored.

The orientation in the amf-file is a bit strange. The screenshot shows how I printed them.

The halves are just glued together using CA glue.

I will recommend doing one side at a time.

NOTE: When the glue is applied, the yokes halves have to be assembled on the headphones. They can't be put on the headphones afterwards. Make a test fit without glue first!

NOTE: You will have to make some cuts in the original plastic in order to get it off the cable going across. I.e.: You can't fully reverse this “mod”.
