1) Index and Middle fingers go through through the two main holes with the Ring finger on the open hole. The thumb rests on the side indentation. Cut up or down, serrate or jab. Use like a Brass Knuckle punch. 2) Use the three holes for the Pinky, Ring and Middle fingers with the Index on the open hole for a stabbing motion. This is one of my nastiest cutlery creations... :( Please, use wisely and don't hurt one another!
