J3DP Mask with working air check valves
thingiverse
After scouring the web for a face mask design that could be printed off and utilized, I discovered numerous options that were far too large for my printing capacity. In search of something more suitable, I stumbled upon the NanoHack mask by Copper3D at https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/, which can be printed entirely flat. Building on this design, I have made some slight modifications and incorporated a novel vent to permit airflow out of the mask. This adaptation also works seamlessly with the added air check valves. The assembly instructions for this mask are conveniently located in a pdf file, while all stl files are neatly packaged within a .rar archive. On a side note, as I've experimented with molding the mask to my face, I've come to realize that this design is not one-size-fits-all. In fact, it's slightly too small for me personally. To address this issue, either the entire mask needs to be scaled up or simply the nose wings require adjustment.
