This is a holder for a Chinese tube on Ali Express. The design is simular to my designs for the SI22BG and SBM19 tube holders. You need two fuse clamps, from which you cut coff the soldering legs. You need to solder the wires and after you have done that glue the clamps on both sides in the design.
