Update, February 12, 2019. I successfully printed one from PETG and everything appears to fit seamlessly together, yet the filament seems to slip in the drive gear. Remixed from: J-Struder: 1.75mm Bowden Extruder for NEMA 17 Motor by junaling September 8, 2018 I aimed to utilize a pre-existing 608 bearing with an MK8 hobbed extruder gear that I already possessed. 1 - A 2.5 mm x 13 mm bolt with washers is required to attach the 608 bearing. This design has been printed, but it remains untested for functionality. To prepare the filament openings, a #50 drill bit was carefully run through each one to clear any debris.
