This is a reworked version of the J-Struder : 1.75mm Bowden Extruder For NEMA 17 Motor by junaling. Huge thanks go out to juanling for creating the original design. A problem I encountered after a week was that the piece behind the spring broke, so I added some extra walls to give it more strength and a thumb grip to make it easier to squeeze together. Unlike the original, this one doesn't slide together easily - you actually have to apply some force to pop the guide into place.
