This is a Secure Assembly Mounter for J-HEAD, backed by a robust 4cm fan stabilizer. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to facilitate effortless assembly and disassembly. A standard 30mm 3M adhesive is necessary for securely fastening the j-head, while a screw for the fan provides added stability. Don't forget to combine the two fan parts with strong glue for a secure fit. Before you print this component, make sure that your extruder's resistance won't hinder its performance. To ensure a stronger and more durable mount, consider printing it at 100% fill rate. Please be aware that this design may have room for improvement – but time constraints forced me to conclude my work here! The Secure Mounter has been inspired by Clausevic's clever J-Head Plate Mounting design on Thingiverse – (thing:381348) Instructions: 1. Begin by printing the assembly and then inserting your J-HEAD into its designated slot within. 2. Apply a 30mm 3M adhesive to securely hold the j-head in place. 3. Mount the fan stabilizer using the provided 4M screw, followed by securing any loose components with gentle pressure.
