J-head mk v direct feed bolt jig

This jig is specifically designed for drilling and tapping an m5 hole into the top of a direct feed j-head mk v bolt for use in a compression fitting. The slots are carefully crafted to be 6mm wide, ensuring a secure fit on a proxxon compound table or any other surface that can accommodate an m6 or similarly sized blot. For those who want to make adjustments or improvements, I've uploaded the SCAD file to facilitate customization. Stay tuned for an upcoming video demonstrating this jig in action as part of my 3D printer build VLOG series. The video will be available on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMjfntGK5aY5IezSYz-a1cjPudUg71Mld Print Settings: * I used a FlashForge creator pro to print this jig using ABS plastic. * The scale per axis was set to around 101-103% to achieve the desired fit.
