J-head cooling shield for 30mm fan

This fan shield, designed by Marinus, is specifically made for use with the J-head and a 30mm fan when paired with Thinkyheads' Prusa i3 Wades Adapter (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:58451). Despite some minor design improvements and error fixes still in progress, Marinus claims it worked flawlessly after the first print. The mounting-hole spacing allows for compatibility with other J-head extruder adapters. This is Marinus's initial Rhino design, so feedback is appreciated as this is a work in progress with ongoing tweaks to optimize airflow and overall fitment.
