The fountain in Istinye's Yeniköy Street corner, as recorded in "Istanbul Fountains," was disassembled and reinstalled on the current site across from the ferry dock on Iskele Exit Alley, Istinye Street. The fountain is made of marble. It has an ornate cornice overhead and a small dome on top. Its base rests on two slender marble columns. The fountain's basin is shaped like a boat. A delicate border frames its keystone. The inscription above the mirror stone reads: "And your Lord inspired you, to complete the building of the House of worship" (1326) in beautiful celi sülüs script. No one knows who commissioned it.
