Hi, I'm excited to share the new design of my 3D printer! The print area size is a generous 400mm x 200mm, and it's still in its unassembled state for now. I'm using NEMA 23 stepper motors, which are known for their precision, as well as M8 screws for the Z-axis and a sturdy 10mm shaft with LM10UU bearings. The base plate is made of durable MDF. Here are my print settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusia I3 Raft Settings: It doesn't matter how much rafting I do, as long as it's not too much! Supports: Yes, I need supports for my prints to come out looking their best. Resolution: 1.5 is the perfect resolution for me - it's not too high or too low. Infill: 20% infill is just right - it gives my prints a solid feel without making them too heavy.
