IVAR Cloth Hanger Mount

This simple mount is designed specifically to attach to an Ikea IVAR to securely hold a broomstick handle in place for hanging clothes. The mount is engineered to accommodate a __23 mm diameter__ broomstick handle which can be easily sourced at any home improvement store. To secure the mount to the IVAR, simply use two zip ties. For optimal results, attach the broomstick handle with a mount on each side as clearly demonstrated in the accompanying image. If your dowel is not pressure-fit, you'll find a convenient hole at the bottom of the bracket where you can drive in a screw to firmly hold the stick in place. It's highly recommended to use this mount with an IVAR shelf that has a 50 cm depth to ensure that the actual cloth hanger fits comfortably on the shelf.
