ITX CASE 5 L (5.15 L)
thingiverse
This a remix of an ITX PC case by vl4dt3p3s.I loved the original case design but wanted to have the PSU inside of it so I made space for it and added holes for front IO. The case is made for a flex-ATX psu and I personally used this one: https://a.co/d/hRQnHkV (it has proven to be a good PSU, I just did a mod of replacing the fan with a noctua fan cause the original one was quite noisy. Also it is a bit cramped while trying to fit all the wirings from the PSU, so maybe try a modular version of a flex-ATX PSU?).I can't guarantee but I think I used this USB 3.0 extension for the front IO: https://a.co/d/e9I5uAYI have also added a file named: Split_project_box_Prusaslicer.3mf which if you open it in PrusaSlicer as a project, it is the main case print pre-split and has added holes so you can print the case on a standard size print bed. I have also added holes in that model so you could use the standard 1.75mm filament and super glue to attach the two parts together as shown in the photos. Also there is an optional underside part of the case which elevates the entire case, has slots for silicone feet. It gives some more rigidity to the case especially since I had to print it in two parts. It felt strong before it, but I wanted that added peace of mind. Finally the lid or the cover has to be printed in two parts to be able to print it on a standard size bed, regretfully I don't have my original cut up version of it like the main case part. I originally had cut it in a L shape and printed both parts flat, added superglue and the screws that hold onto the case vent added more rigidity to the cover. The slot in the cover is for a 120mm standard width fan, which can fit if you use a slim CPU cooler. In my case it was a Noctua NH-L9a CPU cooler.I have to say I love my final print and love the fact it is so easy to transport it.PC specs in my build are:ROG STRIX X370-I GAMINGRyzen 5600RX 640016GB 3200MHZ DDR4512 m.2 SSD1 GB SATA HDD 2.5''350W PSUGood luck printing the case and I hope you enjoy the build as much as I did mine.
