Itty Bitty Fidget Lower Tolerance
thingiverse
Lower tolerance version of the Itty Bitty Figet by 3d-printy. I was having problems getting the top and bottom pieces to fit together, so increased the scale to 102%. The button is the same scale. Also magnet holes have been increased in depth by 0.1mm which I found to give the best fit for the magnets. Printing: I found that 0.1mm layer height worked best, though anything up to 0.2mm should be fine. I changed the first layer pattern to match the direction of movement to reduce friction. set first layer line width to 100%, or there might be tolerance issues. Used supports for the button, but probably not needed. Button was printed at 100% infill. The bottom can be printed at any infill, but I'd recommend a low infill (10%) for the top frame to allow for flexing or it may not fit. Using two walls on the top frame might work well too.
