Simple plate that adapts seamlessly from the Makerfarm X-Carriage to the RepRap Wilson TS X-Carriage. This openscad model is highly customizable, offering numerous variables that can be tweaked to suit individual needs. I created this design with a focus on speed and efficiency, as time was of the essence when printing my printer on a friend's machine. This plate can be easily adjusted to accommodate any other X-Carriage hole spacing. By default, it features 23mm center-to-center spacing for all four holes, making it compatible with the Wilson TS, Wilson II, and Prusa i3 rework models. Although it works well on the Wilson II, I plan to develop an adapter plate that is compatible with the new rack and pinion bed leveling mechanism. Version 4 of this design boasts a significant reduction in length, measuring 31mm shorter than previous versions. This update allows for countersinking of holes for mounting the x-shelf of the extruder, ensuring a secure fit and improved stability. I have also addressed minor alignment issues, refined the openscad source code, and enhanced hole tolerances to minimize post-processing requirements.
