Itty Bitty Double Extruder Flex V2 Updates for Hictop Prusa i3

These are the mods I made to create the Itty Bitty Double Flex V2 Extruder (IBDFV2E) for a Hictop Prusa Dual horizontal rod X axis. The IBDFV2E is held on with three horizontal bearings. I created an extended Z Probe servo arm because I used E3D V5 J-Head heatsinks. I used a X axis belt mount with a tightening screw. Standoffs were added to make the extruder more rigid. A 24V power supply replaced the original 12V supply. Marlin 1.1.0-RC6 was loaded to handle Mesh Bed Leveling, Z Probe and Dual extruder functions. Updates will be made until all documentation is clear (currently a work in progress). How I Designed This I downloaded and printed an ITTY BITTY Dual Flex Extruder V2 in PLA. The hardware required for the project was purchased from http://clough42.com. The website provides excellent help resources. Printed parts included fake NEMA 14 motors, hob bolts, washers, screws, X Axis horizontal bearings, hob bolt bearings and extruders. These printed parts were assembled into a functional extruder while waiting for the real hardware to arrive. An attachment plate was designed by modifying the Makerfarm plate using OpenSCAD. Many pictures of the build process have been taken; they can be viewed at a later date when organized. The MKS board requires Pin 11 as SERVO0_PIN labeled D11 on the board for the Servo motor connection. MIN and MAX endstops were set up for all axes except Y+, which was used as the Servo endstop. The "#define Z_MIN_PROBE_PIN 15 // GDD y Max, to ground..." configuration was added. Controls for Mesh Bed Leveling have been integrated into Octoprint.
