This model, originally created in 3ds Max 2014, features high-quality polygonal design for an accurate representation. It includes Corona render materials and textures, built to real-world scale without requiring third-party plugins. Previews are rendered with Corona and it's excellent for interior renderings. The model is positioned in the center of the coordinates system. Key features include fully textured models with applied materials, all textures and formats included, units in mm, stripped texture paths, manually unwrapped models, and exclusion of lighting. File formats available are 3ds Max 2014, Corona, OBJ, FBX, and textures. Note: ensure you have the latest archiving software; some products may not include MTL files with OBJ format, but these can be prepared upon request. The model was initially created for 3ds Max, with materials set for Corona render only. If downloading in formats other than .max, materials may be geometry-only in some cases.
