Itokawa
cults3d
This STL file is split into two hemispheres, perfect for printing and assembling a model of the asteroid Itokawa. Itokawa measures approximately 500 meters in length. When printed at its default size (5cm long), this model has an approximate scale of 10,000 to one (1 cm = 100 m). The data credit goes to Gaskell, R., Saito, J., Ishiguro, M., Kubota, T., Hashimoto, T., Hirata, N., Abe, S., Barnouin-Jha, O., and Scheeres, D. for the Itokawa Shape Model V1.0 (HAY-A-AMICA-5-ITOKAWASHAPE-V1.0). This information was made available through NASA's Planetary Data System in 2008. The author of this model is Doug Ellison from NASA-JPL.
