The structure occupies a land with 1,554 square meters of trapezoid shape, characterized by straight lines and curves that pay homage to the Copan building in Sao Paulo, another notable project from this architect. This complex stands tall at 15 floors, offering spacious living arrangements to 60 apartments within its premises. The architecture is distinct, boasting a ceiling height of 3 meters, complemented by an innovative use of louvers on both sides of the building, adding a touch of uniqueness to its urban design. Originally designed without walls or railings, allowing free access between Sister Serafina Avenue and Rua Coronel Brill, it merged public spaces with private properties through stilts on the ground floor, promoting an open dialogue between cityscapes and homes. However, escalating urban insecurity prompted the architect to revise this unbridled feature, characteristic of both modern architecture and its niemeyeriana influence.
