This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8 and was subsequently transformed into various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene uses version 2016 and renders with Vray 3.00. This modest villa consists of two interconnected sections, united by a seamless link. The house section boasts authentic old stone gable walls alongside a newer structure in between them. On the exterior, the natural appearance of the stone is preserved; on the interior as well. To harmonize with the originals, stone veneer adorns the gables of the added structure. Walls expand slightly around window and door locations to create an illusion of solidity. Four spacious bedrooms are located above a rustic attic space, occupying three levels, plus the option for an additional basement. A self-contained studio nestles above the garage, where its rear entrance allows unobtrusive access, maintaining the villa's sleek facade appearance. Unwanted openings in the ancient gables have been sealed off, adding to the structure's historic authenticity.
