Medieval 2 Total War - Machiavello mod | Model for an Italian Condottiere for the Bracceschi. Commanders associated with Braccio da Montone and his military school made up the Bracceschi, a group that fought in major conflicts throughout 15th-century Italy. A condottiere serves as general and military commander of a large unit; he is depicted holding the command baton that accompanies this figure. The models are based on Paolo Uccello's painting of the Battle of San Romano, featuring characteristic large hats and plumes worn by men-at-arms, along with a trumpeteer. They wield plate armour in the style of Milanese professionals, as seen among other mercenaries from 15th-century Italy.
