I have three 3D printers, each one a unique type, but no matter how different they are, I consistently struggle to adjust fan height to cool PLA parts when switching out nozzles. Some nozzles protrude higher than the fans' limits, while others fall short, and on top of that, I need to configure both fans with equal heights. This can be a real challenge. After creating several fans for my printers, I decided it was time to create one that made height adjustment much easier. So, I designed this model with adjustable height in mind. The prototype was printed using PET-G at 235°C, and the parts were bonded together with ABS dissolved in acetone. I'm sharing the project on FreeCad so you can customize the diameter of the HotEnd to suit your needs. I built it for a 22mm diameter.
