You'll need to gather a few essential items, including one LED red (for the balloon), one LED yellow (positioned lower middle), two LED white lights (for the eyes and lower right corner), four 100Ohm resistors, and a reliable 3V power source. Print the head and balloon without infill so you can easily insert the LEDs. To add some extra details to your creation, consider using sand for the tarmac and green cloth for the grass.
