Yet Another Raspberry Pi Zero Case Doesnt Have to Look Like One\nThis one takes even longer to print than my other cases - over three hours.\nThe Pi slides in from underneath, sitting flush with the table, and stays put by the power plug in the back (power, USB, micro HDMI).\nAn air vent is located at the top-back, plus two additional air holes in the base that also come in handy if your Pi Zero gets stuck. Just use needle-nose pliers to gently pull it out.\nThe case resembles a ram's head, but my wife thinks it looks more like McDonalds - don't tell Ronald!\nP.S. There is a second STL file with an alternate top design. I chose not to print it because I didn't think it looked as good. Maybe you will.\nOther Raspberry Pi Zero Cases:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1597211http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1581003http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1587402\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: RepRap\nPrinter Model: JG Aurora A3 Prusa I3\nRafts: Yes\nSupports: No\nResolution: 0.22 mm\nInfill: 15%\nNotes: I recommend using rafts to prevent the narrow tips from curling up. Otherwise, it needs supports and minimal infill.\nPost-Printing\nNasty Little Hairs\nYou may encounter nasty little hairs inside unless you have a high-end printer and slicer. Clean them out with a small file before inserting your Pi. It will be a snug fit, but will loosen with use.\nIf it does get stuck, the two air vents at the bottom provide room for needle-nose pliers to grip your Pi, allowing you to gently pull it out.
