It Doesn't Have to Look Like a Raspberry Pi Zero Case #3
thingiverse
This Vibrant Fire Engine Red Filament is Exceptional! It's a stunning color Red, and perfect for this Raspberry (red) Pi Zero Case. The Pi slips in from the top seamlessly. I'm taking a break from designing these cases for now. I have only 1 Raspberry Pi Zero, and with 3 great designs out of 9 attempts, I really don't need another case. I think this one turned out Exceptional! It's the best of the three, in my opinion. Black would look incredibly cool as well, even Golden. I've got to finish my Pi 2 Motion, Temperature, Humidity sensors case now... My other Raspberry Pi Zero Cases can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1592588 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1581003 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1587402 Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: JG Aurora A3 Prusa I3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: With this Vibrant Fire Engine Red, I used 3 vertical shells (1.2mm) and 1.2mm base and top. I wanted to make sure the sides (around 2mm thick) were as opaque as possible. Black is pretty much opaque at just one shell. Other colors, who knows... I highly recommend a Raft so the sharp corners don't curl up (that would be bad/sad). No support are needed and it only uses less than 10 meters of filament, but takes at least 3 hours to print (lots and lots of travel - at least with Cura 2.1.1 beta). Post-Printing Nasty Little Hairs You'll probably get nasty little hairs inside unless you have one of those really nice printers and slicers. So clean them out with a small file before inserting your Pi from the top. It will be a snug fit, but will loosen with use.
With this file you will be able to print It Doesn't Have to Look Like a Raspberry Pi Zero Case #3 with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on It Doesn't Have to Look Like a Raspberry Pi Zero Case #3.
