(NB: This was printed on an Ender 5 plus with 350x350mm build plate, I will make a two piece design later to fit on smaller 3D printers, the current length of the badge is 311mm) Made this 3D printable Isuzu dmax badge to be able to do it in custom colours. 3D Print the Isuzu badge in black and swop the filament when it starts printing the letters to get them in your preferred colour. Then 3D print the backplate in black and glue the two flat sides together. I used self tapping screws with washers to fit in the 3mm diameter hole on the backplate. I recommend using PETG or a material that can withstand UV light and heat. I just coated my PLA with some Clear spray paint to protect it.
