Replacing the battery was essential, so it had to be swapped out, but unfortunately, the new battery was too big for the TC40W's compact shell. I opted for PLA filament, but I vape on lower settings to avoid overheating the material. ABS would have been a better choice. The 0.2 layer height seemed excessive, so it was reduced. After printing, a dremel was used to tidy up and enlarge the three small button holes located at the bottom of the face-plate.
