iStick Pico Tank "glass"
thingiverse
Spare some extra material for an iStick Pico tank's glass component. This first print will likely require a tight fit to seal properly. Be careful not to force it too hard, as this might damage the seal. In Simplify3D, click on "Edit Process Settings," then navigate to the "Other" tab and locate the "Horizontal Size Compensation" option at the bottom left. If your print is too tight, set this value to a negative number. Using a 0.4mm nozzle typically requires around -0.20mm (half the nozzle size) for optimal results. Experiment with different values until you achieve a perfect fit. I'm sure there's a similar setting in Cura; perhaps someone can post it here.
