This is a detailed scale model of the Node 3 or Tranquility module, as well as the Cupola module, on a 1:100 scale. I plan to create a comprehensive model of the entire International Space Station (ISS), one module at a time. To add realism, textures can be printed and applied directly to the model. The files used for this project were obtained from an excellent paper-craft model found online at axmpaperspacescalemodels.com/international-space-station/. A notable aspect of this model is its optional 8-port petals that attach to the side docking port, adding a visually appealing touch. Additionally, the ammonia umbilical connects the Node 3 module to the Destiny module from the back. When printing the Cupola's shutters and hinges, it's crucial to use a small nozzle and set the layer height to 0.15mm due to their tiny size. This will ensure accurate and detailed prints.
