I designed this measuring cup to produce a 70% IPA disinfectant solution from 99% IPA and water, making it easy to sanitize household surfaces with a spray bottle. To fill the larger container with 99% isopropyl alcohol, simply top it off, then match the height of the liquid in the smaller container by adding water. The total maximum volume holds approximately 210 milliliters.
