I created this by fusing 4 isospheres with differing numbers of triangles, then adjusting all the spheres until every sphere has a small amount of faces protruding from the surface. This isoISOiso ball can be used to precisely determine how well your printer handles small details. With high-end printers, you should be able to see the smallest faces and edges without any issues. If given a 50 percent infill using flexible filament, it would make an excellent bouncy ball! If you make this thing, please let me know and upload a picture of the result. I don't yet own a 3D printer and would love to see how this turns out!
