I Design Isofix Cover for BMW E46 BMW owners with an E46 model often face a problem: missing Isofix covers. I decided to tackle this issue by creating my own design and printing it using 3D technology. The resulting part is not a direct copy of the original, but rather an improved version with added thickness in certain areas for increased strength. A comparison between the original and printed parts reveals some key differences. In one image, you can see how the ABS filament was used to create this particular Isofix cover. This choice was necessary because PETG and PLA filaments are not rigid enough to produce a part of this quality.
