This is a comprehensive set of models featuring the Hex Socket Cap Head (ISO 4762), Button Head (ISO 7380), and Countersunk Head (ISO 10642) machine screws (Allen key) in commonly used ISO Metric sizes, including M1.6, M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, and M10. The thread has been meticulously modeled according to the ISO standard, which specifies the ratio of pitch to thread height (H = (1/2tanTheta)P). The pitch is precisely calibrated for each nominal diameter as per the ISO standard. Larger sizes perform exceptionally well as 3D printed threads. SolidWorks users: This collection is provided as one SolidWorks part file, with 306 configurations driven by a design table. To locate the screw you need, simply double-click on the configuration in the Configuration Manager. The configurations are organized by Head Type, Major Diameter, and Nominal Length. I have included common lengths within the M1.6 - M10 sizes. If you would like to add more, you can edit the Design Table or contact me for a custom size at no additional charge.
